Ashley has always had an interest in massage. She has a passion to help people feel better mind, body, and spirit and help people continued to grow. An RMT friend of Ashley supported and encouraged her into following her passion. This is what led her on the path to massage therapy.

Ashley started attending Sutherland Chan massage school in 2013. While in school Ashley endured many obstacles physically and emotionally. She was resilient and didn’t give up on her passion. She persevered and graduated in 2016. These obstacles made her into the caring and compassionate therapist she is today. She understands how life’s up and downs can impact someone's mind, body, and spirit. And through this knowledge, she wants to improve people’s well being and quality of life. Ashley received her RMT license in 2017.

Ashley joined A Vital Touch Massage Therapy team. She specializes in various types of massages such as pregnancy, adolescent, relaxation, therapeutic and deep tissue. She also specializes in treating people with various ailments such as swelling, fibromyalgia, stress and mental health.

Ashley loves being apart of A Vital Touch Massage Therapy team. And she looks forward to continuing to grow and serve the community

"I keep going back to see Ashley Gryfe at Vital Touch. She's amazing. Whether you're looking for relaxation or more deep tissue/myofascial massage, Ashely is great. She can target areas that are particularly sore, and will tailor her treatment to what you need. She always creates a peaceful, comfortable space to relax and let go. Highly recommend."
