A Vital Touch Massage Therapy
The RMT Collective
Stephanie Rogers, RMT
A graduate of Sutherland Chan School of Massage Therapy, Stephanie is trained in various Swedish massage techniques, trigger point release, myofascial work, scar work, and PNF neuromuscular techniques. Stephanie has experience treating a variety of issues including frozen shoulder, plantar fasciitis, and TMJ.
Stephanie came to massage through her own healing journey, where compassionate touch helped her to powerfully re-connect body and mind. One of the many things she loves about massage therapy is its capacity to treat both.
Stephanie's previous adventures as a teacher and a writer helped her to understand the power of deep listening. Stephanie wants to hear her clients' stories to discover the best way to help them. Stephanie's treatments can be deep or gentle depending on what is needed.
Outside of the clinic, Stephanie is interested in pursuing community work offering breast massage to patients recovering from transition surgery. She is also interested in researching the benefit of massage on people recovering from PTSD and other forms of deep psychological trauma.
Stephanie is a member in good standing of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) and Registered Massage Therapists Association of Ontario (RMTAO).

"Received an insightful, reflective and all around fulfilling massage with the lovely & accommodating Stephanie Rogers. The attention to breathing & patience with walking me thru the treatment was truly therapeutic. I've been to A Vital Touch numerous times (because they direct bill!) and this was the best massage I've received here. I truly recommend booking in with the fabulous Stephanie Rogers & this facility!"
