Psychoneuroimmunology: Mind-Body Connection

Are you interested in a free/pwyc (pay what you can) drop-in or online get together where we will explore, unpack, learn and practice all things related to the new branch of medicine known as psychoneuroimmunology or the mind-body connection?

I hope to help demystify and make mind-body treatments like meditation, hypnosis, dream work, muscle testing for emotional releases, bodywork like massage (or self massage) and neurobiofeedback understood and accessible to all.

This will be a monthly diy type class where students will explore and learn tools they can practice and really use in everyday life. We will explore all things related to the science and ‘magic’ that is psychoneuroimmunology and the mind-body connection.
