Psychoneuroimmunology: Mind-Body Connection

Introducing a free/pwyc (pay what you can) drop in class where we will unpack, explore, learn and practice all things related to the new branch of medicine known as psychoneuroimmunology or the mind-body connection.

We hope to help demystify and make mind-body treatments like meditation, hypnosis, dream work, muscle testing for emotional releases and bodywork like massage (or self massage) understood and accessible to all.

This will be a weekly diy type class where students will be learn tools they can practice and really use in everyday life. We will explore all things related to the science and 'magic' that is psychoneuroimmunology and the mind-body connection.
