Ngawang Tsering is a Toronto-based holistic wellness practitioner with extensive education in Traditional Tibetan Medicine from the Central Institute of Higher Tibetan Studies in India.
He brings many years of experience in wellness, teaching and community service.
He is a Registered Herbalist and Professional Member of the Ontario Herbalists Association, a City of Toronto–licensed holistic practitioner, and a registered practitioner in India under the National Commission for Indian System of Medicine.
Ngawang Tsering offers a compassionate, person-centred approach inspired by traditional Tibetan wellness principles. His services include Ku Nye holistic bodywork, dry cupping, herbal wellness guidance, oil-compress practices, and personalized diet and lifestyle recommendations.
These practices support relaxation, self-awareness and overall well-being.
He has been invited to share his knowledge of Traditional Tibetan Medicine, mindfulness and holistic wellness at universities in Mexico and Wisconsin, USA and at events in the Czech Republic. He has also received invitations from the the Gaden Samten Ling Tibetan Buddhist Meditation Society in Edmonton and the Pneuma Institute internationally.
His workshops explore mindfulness, emotional well-being and practical ways to navigate everyday stress.
Alongside his wellness practice, Ngawang Tsering is in his final year of the Social Service Worker at Humber Polytechnic. His background in education, wellness and community service helps him welcome each client with empathy, respect and cultural sensitivity.
His goal is to provide a peaceful, welcoming space where clients can relax, reconnect with themselves and build everyday habits that support their well-being.
